New York City · Opening 2027
Indoor golf on real grass in New York City.
Target opening 2027. Plans and timing may change.
The Club
The first indoor golf club with real grass.
Indoor golf has always meant hitting off a mat. Fescue Club changes that. Each bay is turfed with living grass, grown off site by nursery partners and rotated in as it wears, much in the way a good range moves its grass tee line to let the turf recover.
Every bay is fitted with TrackMan for state-of-the-art shot tracking and precision, and the room is climate controlled, so you can play on grass all year, no matter the weather.

Questions
Questions you might have.
A private indoor golf club in New York City, with real grass in every hitting bay. Target opening is 2027.
The turf is grown off site with greenhouse and nursery partners, then rotated into the bays as it wears. Worn turf returns to the nursery to recover while fresh turf takes its place.
A mat lets a heavy strike skid, so the ball flies anyway and there is nothing to learn from it. Grass does not forgive that, and it leaves a divot worth reading. Practising on turf means an indoor session reflects how the ball will actually behave on the course.
Target opening is 2027. Timing may move, and the waitlist will hear first.
